At Payroll Services, we understand that your employees need access to their payroll information. For this reason, we’ve designed tools that allow your employees to securely view their information in a real time fashion. This feature means that administrators don’t have to spend time accessing and printing payroll detail for each employee to see. As a result, you save time and money on printing individual employee reports and spending time distributing them to your employees.

The customized employee payroll access includes:

Profile Information:

The employee interface provides the name and address for the employee, along with W4, state withholding, contacts and other key details.

Payroll and Tax Information:

Access to compensation detail for the current period, including statements, deductions, paid time off and direct deposit activity. This makes it easier for employees to track vacation days used or to verify that benefits such as bereavement pay are being applied to the current pay period. The system also provides access to current year to date detail along with detailed information from previous years.

Annual Tax Forms:

Individual employees and contractors can view detail for current W2s or 1099s as well as data from previous years.

Time and Attendance:

Hourly employees enjoy access to information about time clock transactions for each day in the current pay period. Details for previous periods are also available. The information includes in and out time clock punches as well as the total hours worked between those punches, making it easier to keep up with regular hours worked and any overtime hours.
